Kings Lynn Festival Chorus is a dynamic and friendly choir based in King’s Lynn that draws members from Norfolk and adjoining counties. Rehearsals are weekly in 'term' time and there are normally 3 or 4 concerts a year, both locally and further afield.

OUR NEXT CONCERT
Tickets available from the King's Lynn Corn Exchange:
The Chorus performs a range of music from the great choral masterpieces of the last 400 years to jazz and pop classics. Anyone who can sing (nearly everyone can), has a willingness to learn and who can commit to weekly rehearsals is welcome to join us. Try us out to see if you enjoy the experience. Membership is after a simple voice assessment with the Music Director.
One of our favourite venues to perform and rehearse in, is the beautiful St Nicholas' Chapel in the heart of King's Lynn.
In July 2021, we met up and sang together for the first time since March 2020, rehearsing with our new Music Director, Ben Horden.
On 16th October the Chorus performed within the King's Lynn Festival's Autumn Programme. With the title IKON, the concert was a programme of religious choral devotions.
The Covid-19 pandemic has affected everybody’s lives and KLFC has had to adapt and make some difficult decisions.
During the time of COVID restrictions, the Chorus was gathering ‘virtually’ on-line to rehearse.

CALLING ALL SINGERS
Singing is good for your health - that’s now an established fact. Why don't you consider getting together with like-minded folk from all walks of life,
once a week for a choral workout during term time.
Being the choir that we are, it helps if you can follow a musical score and keep in tune.
If you would like to try us out, you are invited to come along to our Monday evening rehearsals, (but contact the secretary first).
